Michael J. Koberlein was admitted to the Nebraska State Bar in 2010. Since then, Mike has represented many businesses before local and state government entities, drafted policy statements and testified before numerous bodies. He has also represented clients in civil litigation and insurance disputes.
Mike has been an associate attorney with the Berry Law Firm since 2012. He specializes in veterans’ disability benefits law and has been instrumental in successfully assisting many veterans receive the benefits they lawfully deserve.
While at the University of Nebraska College of Law, Mike clerked for the Lancaster County Attorney’s Office for a period of two years, compiling evidence for DUI/DWI cases and assisting attorneys in reckless driving and careless driving cases. In addition, he drafted several appeals briefs for submission to the district court and Nebraska Court of Appeals.
