- You must show that you are at least 10 percent disabled by one of the diseases or residuals from diseases recognized by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) as linked to Agent Orange.
- For some of the recognized non-cancer diseases, you may need to show that it manifested itself in the period from your last day of service in Vietnam.
